- Restart the robot vacuum by turning off the power. Afterward, manually place the robot vacuum on the charging base and attempt to restore the map. If restoration fails, try moving the charging base to a new location and redo the mapping process.

Recommendations:
- Ensure that the charging base is properly positioned against the wall with at least 0.5m of open space on either side and no obstacles within 1m in front of it.

Try closing the curtains or cleaning at a different time when the lighting is less intense. For highly reflective surfaces, covering the bottom 15cm can also help.
