Hello, i got a x50 ultra complete robot for gift. After last software update he lost sensitivity efrom cliff sensor and fell down from stairs. Of course i didint get support, trying to repair my self. I did what was written few times already, nothing changes. Robot is blinking orange color and saying that clean cliff sensors and wheels not on ground. How i can run diagnostics and check what is damaged? Cliff sensors are clean and not scratched. Wheels spining ok, bumper senors not stucked. if lifting hears klink klink sound for wheel switches. Robot cant park to charging station. And sometimes even leave charging station seems that he is stuck there. What steps i could do more? Thank you in advance.
