🔍 Check if the Dust Box is in Place:
- First things first, make sure your dust box is snugly fitted where it belongs. A loose fit could be the culprit causing the alarm to sound.
-
🔄 Restart Your Robot:
- Sometimes, a simple reboot can work wonders! Press the power button to turn off your robot, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on. Let's see if that fixes the issue.
-
🔍 Inspect the Dust Box Filter:
- Now, take a closer look at that filter element. Make sure it's not installed backwards. A reversed filter can definitely set off the alarm.
- Check whether the magnetism of the filter is normal. If it is not, it is recommended that you replace the filter. If the problem still exists after changing the filter, it is recommended that you contact customer service.

🆘 Contact Customer Service:
