Ultra X50 reporting mop pad has fallen off, when it has not
My dreame robot recently stopped working and reports that the mop pad has fallen off. Both pads are clearly attached and have not gone anywhere. I have cleaned the machine and all sensors appear fine.
I have ordered new mop pads, but they have not arrived.
Any idea how to address this?

I have the same issue with my X50. It says “Mop Pad Not Installed” when it is. if I take the device out of the dock, remove and re-install the mop pads and set it down on the floor, it works fine from then on. For some reason, it's not registering that the mop pad is installed.
