H12 Pro Error Identification Guide

Hey there! If your H12 Pro robot vacuum is acting up, don't worry—we're here to help you figure out what's going on and how to fix it. Here's a simple guide to some common error messages and how to tackle them:

  1. Low Water Alert: If your vacuum is telling you the clean water tank is empty, it's time to refill it. Just add some H2O, and you're good to go!

  2. Used Water Tank Woes: Is the used water tank not installed or full to the brim? Install it if it's missing, or empty it out to give it some room.

  3. Stuck Brush Roller: Sometimes, the brush roller can get a bit tangled. Gently clean it with the brush that came with your vacuum to set it free.

  4. Blocked Tube Trouble: A blocked tube can slow down your vacuum's mopping game. Check if the filter is clogged and give it a good clean. If that doesn't do the trick, try cleaning the tube and the dirt sensor too.

  5. F1 Error - Brush Motor Short Circuit: This is a bit more serious. You might need to replace the brush motor or the mainboard. It's best to send it in for a professional look.

  6. E2 to E7 Errors - Main Motor Fault: If your vacuum's main motor is playing up, it's time to call in the experts. You might need a new motor or battery pack.

  7. F2 Error - Brush Pump or Mainboard Issues: The brush pump or mainboard could be the culprit. Send it for a check-up to get it diagnosed and fixed.

  8. F4 Error - Electrolytic Water Failure: Try swapping out the clean water tank for a new one. If that doesn't fix the problem, it's off to the repair shop.

  9. H1 to H6 Errors - Battery Pack Component Faulty: Your battery pack might be having some issues. Send it in for a test to see if it needs some TLC.

  10. H3, H4, H5 Errors - Charging Faults: If your vacuum isn't charging like it should, try replacing the charger or the charging base. If that doesn't work, it's time for a professional to take a look at the battery pack.

  11. H7 Error - Overtemperature Protection: If your vacuum is overheating, give it a break to cool down. If it still doesn't work after it's had a chance to chill out, you might need a new battery pack.

    Hi, l just received my new H12 Dreame Pro Vacuum/Mop. I bought through Big W /  .The machine keeps telling me to fill the clean water tank when it is full.  Can you advise how l can fix this problem.  kind regards Susan Schmidt

    Using new H12 for the first time. It keeps saying fill the clear water tank, when it is full. Removed it and emptied it into a sink by pressing the spring loaded outlet. No joy. Did it again, no joy. Refilled the CWT, placed the appliance on the charger, activated cleaning mode (read that some say it fixes the problem). NO JOY, in clean mode it says the the CWT  needs to be refilled.

    I just used mine for the first time and the same thing happened to me which is disappointing because that’s why I got it for the self cleaning. 😔
