-
Used Water Tank Woes: Is the used water tank not installed or full to the brim? Install it if it's missing, or empty it out to give it some room.

-
H1 to H6 Errors - Battery Pack Component Faulty: Your battery pack might be having some issues. Send it in for a test to see if it needs some TLC.
-
H3, H4, H5 Errors - Charging Faults: If your vacuum isn't charging like it should, try replacing the charger or the charging base. If that doesn't work, it's time for a professional to take a look at the battery pack.

Hi, l just received my new H12 Dreame Pro Vacuum/Mop. I bought through Big W / .The machine keeps telling me to fill the clean water tank when it is full. Can you advise how l can fix this problem. kind regards Susan Schmidt
Using new H12 for the first time. It keeps saying fill the clear water tank, when it is full. Removed it and emptied it into a sink by pressing the spring loaded outlet. No joy. Did it again, no joy. Refilled the CWT, placed the appliance on the charger, activated cleaning mode (read that some say it fixes the problem). NO JOY, in clean mode it says the the CWT needs to be refilled.
I just used mine for the first time and the same thing happened to me which is disappointing because that’s why I got it for the self cleaning. 😔
Did anyone get this issue fixed ?
