1. Under normal circumstances, the base station will not shut down automatically, but will automatically turn off the screen and enter low power mode.

2. If you need the base station to completely shut down, just unplug the base station power cord.

Tip: It is not recommended to power off for daily use.

3. Please note: Once the base station is powered off, the robot will not be able to continue charging and the battery will gradually run out.

4. Before using it after a power outage, please connect the base station power supply first and charge the robot.

The firmware cannot be upgraded or the upgrade fails in the following cases:

1. The robot battery is low. When the battery is low or out of power, the firmware cannot be upgraded. The battery level must be ≥15%.

2. The Wi-Fi signal is weak or there is no signal coverage. If the Wi-Fi signal is weak or there is no signal coverage at the robot's location, the firmware download may time out and the upgrade may fail. In such cases, please place the robot and the charging base (base station) in a location with a good Wi-Fi signal.

1. The dust box filter can be washed, but it needs to be completely dried before it can be put into the dust box for use.

2. It is recommended that you dry the filter for at least 24 hours after washing it to ensure that the robot can work properly.

The robot mop has a peculiar smell:

1. Possible reasons: The environment at home is humid, or the mop is not dried and has not been used for a long time, resulting in mold.

2. Daily use: It is recommended to use Zhumi Robot’s special cleaning agent to clean the mop to reduce the possibility of mold.

3. If not used for a long time: Please remove the mop and place it in a dry and ventilated environment to dry.

4. Contamination on the cleaning tray: Please disassemble and check the cleaning tray of the base station. Contamination on the cleaning tray will cause odor in the dryer. Note: For machines with automatic rag drying function, you can click the "Self-Cleaning Settings" > "Start Drying" button to increase the drying time.

1. Possible reasons: The charging base is not powered on. Please make sure that both ends of the power cord of the charging base and base station are plugged in.

2. Possible reasons: Poor contact between the spring piece of the charging base and the charging contact piece of the host. Please cut off the power first and then clean the contacts or adjust the contact position.
