Hey there, cleaning crew! 🎵🤖 Ever notice your Dreame machine making a bit of a racket when it does a turn? No need to hit the panic button—we're here to shed some light on why your bot's got a beat going on during those spins.
The Lowdown on Those Abnormal Noises When Turning
When your machine is in both sweeping and mopping mode, it goes into a bow-shaped cleaning pattern. Here's what's happening:
-
Dry Start, Wet Finish 📍
- When your machine first moves forward, the side with the side brush is dry, so the brush doesn't have much to grip onto. It's like dancing on a smooth floor.
- After it turns, the side brush hits the wet地面, and suddenly, there's more resistance. The side brush gearbox has to work a little harder, which can change the sound it makes.
-
Load Differences ↕️
- Because the machine has different loads going forward (dry) and backward (wet), the sound it makes will change as it goes back and forth. It's like hearing a different note when the beat switches up.
