Hey there, cleaner buddy! 😊 If you spot some foam while your machine is chilling on its base doing its self-cleaning thing, no need to stress! Here’s how you can sort it out:
- Peep the Cleaning Fluid Level: Take a quick look at the clean water tank and make sure you didn’t pour in too much cleaning fluid. Too much of that stuff can whip up a frothy mess and might even clog up the works. Try using a bit less next time and see if that tames the foam! 📏
- Brand New Machine? No Biggie!: If your machine or roller brush is fresh out of the box, it’s totally normal to see some bubbles popping up during the first few cleans. The foam should vanish as you use it more. But if you want to give it a head start, you can rinse the roller brush under some water before you start cleaning. 🌊
- Still Foamy? If the foam is sticking around and causing you grief, just give us a holler. Send your machine to our maintenance center and let our pros take a look. We’re here to help you out! 🛠️
