The robot cannot find the base station

🤖 If your robot is having trouble finding its charging station or base, it might be due to one of the following reasons:

1. **Power Issues** ⚡: The charging dock or base might be unplugged or moved. If that's the case, please plug it back in and return it to its original position.

2. **Obstacles** 🚧: There could be objects blocking the dock or base area. Please clear any obstacles to help your robot find its way!

3. **Stuck during Cleaning** ⛑️: If the robot gets stuck or triggers an alarm, gently place it back on the charging dock or base manually.

4. **Uneven Surface** 🌍: The dock or base may be on an uneven surface. Please ensure it's placed on a flat surface for optimal performance.

5. **System Malfunction** 🛠️: Place the robot about 1 meter in front of the charging dock or base and press the "Return" button. If it still doesn't return, please contact customer support for further assistance.
