- Go to **Settings > More functions > Notification** in the app.
- If it’s off, guide them to switch it on. If it’s on and still no announcements, look out for any abnormal prompts in the app’s message notifications.
3. **Mobile Notifications Settings 📱**
- Let’s not forget about the mobile settings! Ensure that notifications for the DreameHome app are allowed:
