Too Much Cleaning Solution 💧♲
If you’ve used more than one bottle cap’s worth of solution in the clean water tank, this can trigger the orange/red light even if the ground isn’t particularly dirty. Try reducing the amount of solution. -
Clogged Pipeline 🚰🔧
A seriously polluted pipeline might need some cleaning. It’s important to keep the pathways clean to ensure optimal performance. -
Dirty Materials in the Tank 🗑️⚠️
If the materials being vacuumed are heavily soiled, they can stick to the electrode sheet of the dirty water tank, leading to incorrect readings. Cleaning the electrode sheet can help resolve this issue. -
Wet Filter Element 🌧️🔄
A too-wet filter can increase air resistance, weakening the suction power. This can prevent sewage from being effectively sucked into the sewage bucket near the sensor of the water inlet pipe, causing the light ring to turn orange/red. If this is the case, we recommend replacing the filter with a dry one.
