Common Reasons for Restricted Area Failure

Map Not Saved or Set Correctly:
Make sure your map is saved properly. Open the app and check if the map exists. Once you've set the restricted area, don’t forget to hit "√" to save your changes! 📍 -
Large Home Area with Unstable Network:
If your home is big and the network is unstable, it may not cover the entire area. This can prevent the restricted area from being saved properly. Ensure that the host is consistently connected to your home Wi-Fi when setting the virtual wall. 📶 -
Robot Positioning State:
If the machine is currently in the positioning state, it may enter the restricted area at that moment. After it successfully locates itself, it should avoid that area. -
Map Skew Check:
Take a look at your map for any skewed layouts. If you notice a superimposed map, you can restore it to a normal square layout. Future software updates will also help optimize this! 🗺️✨ -
Multiple Saved Maps:
If you have saved multiple maps, ensure that when the machine enters the corresponding map, the app switches to that map as well. Failing to do so may cause the restricted area to malfunction.
