How to Check/Adjust Your WiFi Settings?
1️⃣ Access Your Router Settings:

Open a browser and enter your router’s IP address (e.g.,
192.168.1.1). -
Log in with your admin credentials.
2️⃣ Enable 2.4GHz Band:

Navigate to Wireless Settings.

Ensure the 2.4GHz network is active (or split dual-band if needed).
3️⃣ Reconnect Your Dreame Z1:

Select the 2.4GHz network during setup in the Dreame Home App.
