Step 2: Verify Magnet Presence
If there is no voice prompt, check for a magnet in the water tank. Refer to the following picture to locate the magnet. If the magnet is missing, the device may not recognize the water tank.
Step 3: Test Water Dispersal
If there is a voice prompt, remove the mop pad, install the water tank, and start mopping. Check if there are water drops on the ground.
Step 4: Clean Water Outlets
If there are no water drops, clean the three water outlets of the tank and the vents on the rubber plug (see attached picture) with a toothpick or similar object. Test the mopping function again.
Reminder: It may take some time for the water tank to fully soak the mop pad. Please wet the mop pad as per the instructions before mopping.
