Troubleshooting
Step 1: Check the Sewage Outlet
Please remove the washboard and verify whether the sewage outlet is obstructed. Clean it as necessary (refer to attached picture 1). Wipe the overflow sensors located on the washboard (refer to attached picture 2).
Step 2: Inspect the Used Water Tank
Kindly remove the used water tank and examine it for any loose or soiled sealing rings. Reset and clean them with a cloth (refer to attached picture 3).
Step 3: Secure the Used Water Tank Clip
After emptying the dirty water, please ensure that the clip is fastened and securely in place.
Step 4: Reinstall the Used Water Tank
Reinsert the used water tank into the base station and gently press down to confirm proper installation.
Step 5: Clean the Base
Wipe any residual water in the base with a dry cloth, reinstall the washboard, and check if the error persists.
