Step 3: Check Supply Electrodes
Use a long tool to gently press the two supply electrodes (refer to the picture marked in red) located in the auto-detergent compartment area of the base station. Confirm if they can rebound. If they do, please follow the steps below:

2. Turn off and restart the base station;
3. Perform 2 cycles of global cleaning (Please ignore the previous error prompts);
