Troubleshooting
Step 1: Check Water Tank Installation
Ensure the clean water tank is installed correctly and that it has sufficient water.
Step 2: Inspect the Float and Magnet
Remove the clean water tank and verify that the float and float magnet at the bottom are in place (refer to the attached picture). If either is missing, please let us know.
Step 3: Fill the Clean Water Tank
If the water in the clean water tank is insufficient, fill it with clean water.- Click the "clean mop pad" or "wash" button on the app to start the mop pad cleaning process and check if the error persists.
Step 4: Reinstall the Clean Water Tank
Put the clean water tank back and press it gently to ensure it docks accurately with the base station.
Step 5: Reset the Base Station
If the issue continues, unplug the power supply of the base station, wait for 1 minute, plug it back in, and try again.
