This issue can be resolved by adjusting the water amount settings, ensuring the mop pad is properly wetted, and updating the firmware. This FAQ will guide you through the steps to ensure your mop pad is sufficiently wet for optimal cleaning performance.
Troubleshooting
Step 1: Adjust Water Amount Setting
There are three modes for water amount settings. Set the water amount to "Deep Mopping" in the Self-Cleaning Settings (refer to the attached screenshot).
Step 2: Set Mop Pad Wetness
In Cleaning Settings/Cleaning Mode, set the wetness of the mop pad to "Wet" mode and try again.
Step 3: Replace Mop Pad and Use Approved Solution
For optimal cleaning performance, we recommend replacing the mop pad regularly and using a Dreame-approved cleaning solution.
Step 4: Update Firmware
Ensure the robot's firmware is updated to the latest version and try again.
