Introduction
Hey there! Are you experiencing an issue where no water is coming out of the inner water tank when mopping with your L10s Ultra, L10 Ultra, L20 Ultra, or L30 Ultra? This can be a common problem, but it can often be resolved by following a few simple troubleshooting steps. This FAQ will guide you through the process to ensure your robot mop dispenses water correctly during cleaning.
Troubleshooting
Step 1: Test Without Mop Pads
After washing the mop pads, remove them from the mop pad holder. Install just the mop pad holder into the robot. Start a mopping task from the base station and wait for 5 minutes. Check if there are any water droplets on the ground.
Step 2: Unclog Water Outlets
If no water flows out in the test above, remove the mop pad holder. Use an iron wire, toothpick, or similar item to poke the water outlets at the bottom of the robot (refer to the attached picture). Check if this resolves the mopping issue.
Conclusion
By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the issue of no water coming out of the inner water tank when mopping. If your problem persists, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.
