Step 1: Check Water Tank Installation
Confirm that there is a magnet in the corner of the water tank (refer to attached picture). Use an iron product to verify the magnetism. Reinstall the water tank, ensuring you press until you hear a "click" sound.
Step 2: Check for Water Droplets
Remove the mop pad and install only the mop pad holder. Select "Mopping" mode on the app and start the mopping process. Check if water droplets are present on the ground during mopping.
Step 3: Check for Scale Blockage
If no water flows out during step 2, use an iron wire, toothpick, or similar item to clear the water outlets at the bottom of the robot (refer to attached picture). Repeat the above operations and check if the mopping function works.
