Introduction
Hey there! Is your W10 or W10 Pro having trouble climbing onto the base station when it returns to charge, or is it slipping on the base station? This can be a common issue, but it can often be resolved by following a few troubleshooting steps. This FAQ will guide you through the process to ensure your robot can return to the base station smoothly.
Troubleshooting
Step 1: Check for Obstructions
Please ensure that there is sufficient space on both sides and in front of the base station. The recommended placement is against a wall, allowing for at least 5 cm of clearance on the left and right, with no obstacles within 1.5 meters in front of it. Additionally, it is advisable to position it in an area with optimal Wi-Fi coverage.
Step 2: Check the Base Location
It is essential to confirm that the base station is situated on level ground and not on a slope. If necessary, kindly relocate the base station and attempt the process again.
Step 3: Check for Slipping
Should the robot be slipping, please verify if there is any water present in front of the base station. If water is detected, we kindly request that you wipe it with a dry cloth and try again.
Step 4: Replace Parts
We recommend replacing the main brush, main brush cover, and side brush, and then attempting the process once more.
