Introduction
This document provides detailed step-by-step instructions for packaging the Dreametech Wet&Dry vacuum cleaners returned to the factory for repair. Please follow each step carefully to ensure safe and secure packaging according to standard operating procedures (SOP).

Step-by-Step Packaging Instructions
1. Packaging Materials
(1) Reuse the original box if undamaged. If unavailable, use a same-strength box of appropriate size.
(2) Cushioning materials (recommended: EPE foam sheets, air cushion film, or air column bags. If you can’t find any of these, other fillers such as foam particles, small paper boxes, and water bottles can also be added to secure the machine, providing cushioning and reducing the risk of logistics damage.
(3) Anti-static bags (plastic bags are also acceptable).
2. Packaging Steps
Pre-Packaging Checks:
① Empty clean/dirty water tanks to prevent leakage. Please remove all debris, including animal hair, insects, and allergens. Please make sure to empty the water tank before shipping the device to avoid any damage caused by liquid/dirt during transit. Per policy, liquid/dirt damage is not covered under warranty and will not be covered by the responsibility of the manufacturer.
② Confirm which accessories must be shipped (exclude non-repair items).
Packaging Procedure:
Step 1: Power off the machine. Detach the handle, and wrap it with air cushion film.
Step 2: Cover the main unit with an anti-static bag, then wrap with 2+ layers of air cushion film. Add 2 extra layers at the swivel joint (where the brush connects).
Step 3: Accessories: Wrap fragile parts separately with air cushion film. Secure charger cables with zip ties to prevent tangling.
Step 4: Place some pads at the box bottom. Arrange the wrapped machine and other items with dividers (e.g., air cushion film) and fill gaps until they don’t shift when shaken.
Step 5: Seal the box with at least 7 tape strips:
·2 on the bottom
·3 on the sides
·2 on the top
