Step 1: Clean the device
Before you send out the machine, please clean the filter and wheels and make sure there is no debris inside. This will help prevent any potential damage or odor during transportation.
Step 2: Offer an issue description
We recommend that you write down a description of the specific issue on a piece of paper and include it in the package with the device. This will help the repair center better identify and resolve the problem.
Step 3: Details for the package
To help prevent damage during transit, please follow Dreame’s official packaging guidelines when preparing your product for shipment. Improper or insufficient packaging may result in shipping damage.
A,The main body is put into the plastic bag. Note that the plastic bag should be flat and free of knots.(If the original bag is not available, you may use another bag to pack the device.)
B,Take the original packaging color box. (If the original box is not available, you may use another good-quality box to pack the device.)
C,Place the foam pads for the base on both sides at the bottom of the box. Place it smoothly without any abnormal bulges. (Foam is best, but if you don't have any, you can use other shock-absorbing filling materials.)
D,Put the main unit into the foam of the base. Place it in a flat way, with no abnormal bulges.
E,Place the upper foam on top of the machine. Place it smoothly without any abnormal bulges. (Foam is best, but if you don't have any, you can use other shock-absorbing filling materials.)
F,Place the adapter, remote control, remote control charging cable, retrieval hook, and Quick Guide in their designated positions above the foam.
G,Close the carton
H,Seal the color box "H" as shown below
I,Check whether the sealing tape at the bottom is flat without obvious wrinkles.
Step 4: hazardous lable
To ensure a smooth delivery, please print the attached hazardous materials label in color, minimum size 4.13”×2.91”, no maximum size limit. Then, affix them securely to the package.
