Before sending out the machine, please kindly clean the blades, radar, and wheels, and ensure there is no debris inside. This will help prevent any potential damage or odor during transportation.
Step 2: Offer an issue description
We recommend that you write down a description of the specific issue on a piece of paper and include it in the package with the device. This will help the repair center better identify and resolve the problem.
Step 3: Details for the package
To help prevent damage during transit, please follow Dreame’s official packaging guidelines when preparing your product for shipment. Improper or insufficient packaging may result in shipping damage.
A,Place the charging station base plate under the cardboard box with the logo facing up.
(The original box is the best; if not available, a suitable box is needed.)
B,Put the foam into the box. If the original foam is not available, you may use another material to fix the blank area.
C, Put the device into the box, and cover the device with a protective film.
D,Pack the accessories.
Cover things with the color guide.
E, Seal the entire box with an H-shaped seal.
Step 4: hazardous lable
To ensure a smooth delivery, please print the attached hazardous materials label in color, minimum size 4.13”×2.91”, no maximum size limit. Then, affix them securely to the package.
