To prepare your machine for return, please follow these packing guidelines.
Using Original Packaging (Recommended):
a.Please repack the machine into its original shipping box.
b.Use the original cardboard inserts (paper tray/pulp tray) to secure the machine body.
c.Ensure the locking clips are inserted and fastened securely.
Attached video is a guidance to reinstall the locking clips.
If Original Packaging is Unavailable:
a.Please purchase a shipping cardboard box with dimensions of 524 x 460 x 927 mm.
b.Wrap the head and base of the machine securely with inflatable air column bags.
Alternative (If Inflatable Air Column Bags are Unavailable):
a.Please wrap the wheels at the base of the machine with adhesive tape.
b.After placing the machine into the box, wrap the base and head of the machine with old towels or clothes you no longer need, to provide cushioning.
