Problem description
“I notice dirty water pooling under the robot—how can I access and clean the outlet myself?” Please review the quick guide below to decide whether a simple blockage removal will stop the leak.
- After turning off the main unit, flip it upside down on a flat surface.
- Locate the push button on one side of the drum and remove the drum and fluffy rollers.
- Lift the drum axle to reveal the suction inlet filter.
- Use the provided cleaning brush or a toothbrush and other tools to clean the filter and the dirt in the groove indicated by the red circle until there is no dirt blockage. (Be careful not to push dirt into the filter holes!)
