What to do if the base station leaks or water flows from the cleaning tray?

If you notice puddles under the base or water trickling from the cleaning tray after each self-wash, follow the steps below to stop the leak.

 

Step 1 – Power off the main unit and flip it upside-down on a flat surface.
Step 2 – Remove the drum/fluffy rollers, lift the drum axle, and clear the suction-inlet filter and groove of all debris (do not push dirt into the holes).
Step 3 – Re-insert parts, then lift the base-station cleaning tray and rinse away trapped hair/slime that may block drainage.
Step 4 – Dry everything, re-assemble, and run a short self-clean to confirm no further leakage.
