How do I handle cleaning in a duplex or two-floor house?

“My bedrooms are upstairs—do I need two robots or can one unit manage both levels?” Please review the short guide below to decide how to create and switch floor maps.

Move the machine to the corresponding floor and manually select the floor map for cleaning. If it is the first time to clean this area a new map needs to be created. On the robot device's home page, find Map Management > "Create Map" > Save.
