What to do if the main-brush cover will not click into place?

If the cover lifts at one corner or the robot reports “brush cover missing”, follow the steps below to seat it correctly.

 

Step 1 – Remove the cover completely and re-insert the main brush until both ends click.
Step 2 – Align the four clips on the cover with the matching slots in the dust-bin frame.
Step 3 – Press down evenly on both sides until you hear a single loud click; gently tug to confirm it is locked.
Step 4 – If clips still refuse to seat, check for foreign objects or compare with the diagram on the cover label.
