What to do if the mop cloth is not flat after installation?

If you see wrinkles, bubbles, or one edge lifting, follow the steps below to achieve a perfectly smooth mop pad.

 

Step 1 – Remove the pad completely and check that the plastic backing film is fully peeled off.
Step 2 – Align the top edge of the pad with the raised ridge on the mop frame, then press downward along the entire surface.
Step 3 – Smooth the cloth with your palm from centre to edges to push out trapped air.
Step 4 – Re-attach the frame to the robot; confirm both side latches click and the cloth sits taut.
