What to do if the roller brush is stuck by foreign objects?

If the robot squeaks, stops, or reports “brush blocked” after sucking up cords or large debris, follow the steps below to clear the jam.

 

Step 1 – Power off the robot and flip it upside-down on a towel.
Step 2 – Pull the end-cap of the roller brush and slide the brush out.
Step 3 – Cut away entangled hair or remove stuck objects with the provided cleaning tool.
Step 4 – Re-insert the brush until it clicks, then restart the robot and check for normal rotation.
