What to do if dust leaks from the roller-brush port while auto-emptying?

If you see a small puff of debris escape the brush opening when the station starts to suck, follow the steps below to reduce or eliminate the leak.

 

Step 1 – Empty the dust-bin after every cotton-fluff-heavy cycle; overstuffed bins force debris backward.
Step 2 – Check that the rubber seal on the bin inlet is not torn or folded inward.
Step 3 – Remove the roller brush and clear any lint blocking the airflow channel.
Step 4 – Run auto-empty again; if leakage continues every time, record a video and submit it for service review.
