What to do if suction drops or the robot leaves dust trails?

If you notice visible debris left behind or weaker pick-up along walls, follow the steps below to restore full cleaning performance.

 

Step 1 – Open the dust-bin lid; if the box is over ¾ full, empty it completely.
Step 2 – Rinse the filter under cool water, tap off dust, and let it air-dry 24 h until no water remains.
Step 3 – Flip the robot, pull out the main brush, and cut away any hair or string wrapped around it.
Step 4 – Re-install all parts until each clicks; run a quick test segment to check for improved pick-up.
