Tips to Prevent Mop Pad from Falling Off
Replace the mop pad
Please confirm whether the mop pad has been used for an extended period. If it has been in use for a long time, we recommend replacing it first to see whether the issue improves.Check the magnets on the mop pad holder
If the issue persists after replacing the mop pad, please inspect whether the magnets on the mop pad holder are functioning properly.
First, try switching the left and right mop pads to test. If the magnets appear to be normal, please confirm that you are using original Dreame mop pads. If non-original accessories are being used, we recommend replacing them with genuine Dreame mop pads to ensure proper compatibility and performance.
If the magnet on the mop pad holder shows signs of rust or abnormal magnetic strength, please arrange to send a replacement mop pad holder to the customer (see attached example).
Further troubleshooting steps
(1) Remove the robot from the base station.
(2) Detach the mop pad holder from the robot.
(3) Manually restart the robot and wait until it returns to normal operation.
(4) After the restart is complete, reinstall the mop pad holder onto the robot.
