Food is unevenly cooked / undercooked

Ensure cookware is appropriately sized (flat bottom, covering heating elements), and avoid using unsuitable cookware;
Adjust the oven temperature compensation (press ""Settings"" → number key ""6"" to adjust ±35°F/±19°C);
When cooking multiple layers, ensure 1-2 inches of space between baking sheets and enable convection mode (Conv Bake/Conv Roast)."
