The red LED is flashing

"(1) 1 flash: The NTC temperature of the heating element is too high. Instruct the user to let the device rest for 20–30 minutes before using it again. If this does not resolve the issue, arrange for repair or replacement.
(2) 2 flashes: NTC wire break, NTC short circuit, or circuit damage. Arrange for repair or replacement.
(3) 4 flashes: Mismatch between the driver board and keypad board models or versions."
