New device keeps turning off on its own

Please first check to see if the power cord plug is loose or not properly connected. If the power cord plug is connected correctly, please check if the protective film on the handle has been removed and if there are any foreign objects in the air intake or outlet. If the protective film is still on the handle or there are foreign objects in the air intake or outlet, the machine will activate its overheat protection. Please remove the protective film from the handle and clear any foreign objects from the air intake and outlet, then turn off the machine, let it sit for five minutes, and try again.
