Cannot charge

"1. Check if the power supply is working properly. Look for power outages, blown fuses, or loose or unplugged power cords;
2. Check if the charging cable is working properly. Make sure there are no foreign objects in the charging port or the groove at the bottom of the device that might be preventing charging;
3. The input voltage is 5V 1A. As long as the charging port is compatible, try charging with a different cable.
If that still doesn’t work, you’ll need to send it back so an engineer can diagnose the issue."
