How to deal with hair tangled around the mop pad?

There is a floating structure in the center of the mop pad holder. The floating mop pad can self‑adjust and apply increased pressure to stay close to the floor. Therefore, in environments with a lot of hair, it is normal for hair to become tangled around the mop pad.

If there is a lot of hair on your floor, tangling is inevitable to some extent. We recommend using the 'Sweep first, then mop' mode to reduce hair entanglement. You can also manually remove the mop pad and clean it.
