Why does the mop temperature fail to reach 40°C?

Possible reasons:

1.Hot water mopping mode is not enabled.

2.The ambient room temperature is low.

The actual temperature of the mop pad may vary due to environmental temperature and water temperature. If you are using the device in a low‑temperature environment, the hot water may cool down quickly, which can affect cleaning performance.

How to set the mop washing mode:

1.Make sure your device is in Hot Water Soak (Hot Water Mopping) mode. You can set it up by following the steps below:

3.Find Base Station Settings and tap to enter.

4.Select Mop Washing Mode, then choose Washing Temperature, and make sure it is set to Hot Water Soak (Hot Water Mopping).
