During the initial mapping process:
During mapping, the robot needs to explore and learn the indoor floor plan, so it may follow a more winding path to cover a larger area. After the map is successfully saved, subsequent cleaning routes will return to normal.
During daily use:
If your robot's cleaning route becomes disorganized during daily use, please check the following:
1.Before cleaning: Tidy up scattered items on the floor, such as power strips, toys, slippers, etc., to avoid frequent collisions during cleaning that could disrupt the cleaning path.
2.During cleaning: If foreign objects are stuck in the drive wheels, or if they are clogged with dust or grease, clean them promptly to prevent abnormal movements.
3.During cleaning: If the robot collides multiple times during cleaning, it will briefly move along the edges and then resume its zigzag cleaning pattern.
If the robot often has route disorganization issues, you need to update the robot's firmware to the latest version, then reset the map and remap from scratch.
