Possible causes and solutions:
- The robot cannot enter narrow spaces. The accessible space must be at least 2 cm wider than the robot's body on both sides.
- For models with ultrasonic carpet recognition, if the robot is in mopping mode and a carpet is detected at the doorway, it may refuse to enter that room for cleaning. Please remove the carpet and try again.
- If the map is overlapping (skewed/duplicated), there is a chance that the robot's positioning will be abnormal, causing missed areas. In such cases, please remap the area or restore the map.
- If a long‑pile carpet or power cord is placed at the entrance of the area, the obstacle‑avoidance system may trigger and cause the robot to avoid that area. In this case, please tidy up the floor first.
