What should I do if the robot reports a brush roll tangle?

  1. First, remove the brush cover, then take out the brush roll and clear away any tangled debris from it.
  2. After cleaning, reinstall the brush roll and rotate it manually to check that it spins smoothly.
  3. When reinstalling the brush cover, make sure that the clips on all sides are securely snapped into place.
