How to resolve the issue of the floor washer not producing steam?

If there's no steam, please try the following steps first:

1. Make sure the clean water tank has sufficient water.

2. Make sure the unit is switched to "Steam Mode".

3. After turning it on, wait for it to preheat, the screen will show the Preheat status.

4. Reinstall the clean water tank and make sure it clicks securely into place.

5. Check the screen for any error messages or alerts.

6. Press and hold the voice button and self-cleaning button at the same time to reset the unit to factory settings, then try again.
