If no hot water at all, try these steps:
1. Fill the clean water tank.
2. Switch to "Hot Water Mode".
3. Wait for preheat (progress shown on screen).
4. Reinstall the water tank until it clicks.
5. Check for error messages on screen.
6. Factory reset: press & hold voice + self-cleaning buttons together.
Still not working? Please send it in for repair.
