"1. Turn off the power to the equipment and inspect the wheels. Grass clippings, small twigs, or dirt can easily get caught in the wheel grooves or inside the wheels, causing them to jam. We recommend carefully inspecting and removing any debris from the wheels and the surrounding area.
2. Check the tires for obvious wear, cracks, or deformation, and inspect the rims for damage. If any issues are found, the wheels may need to be replaced.
3. Gently press down on the wheel with your hand to check if the suspension has normal elasticity and if it rebounds smoothly. If it feels stiff or lacks rebound, there may be an issue with the suspension or springs; send it in for repair.
4. With the power off, try turning the wheel by hand to see if there is noticeable resistance or binding. Determine if there are any mechanical abnormalities; if so, send it in for repair.
5. Terrain Limitations: Check the machine’s location to see if uneven ground, grooves, or potholes are causing one or more wheels to lose contact with the ground or traction. If so, simply place the machine back on flat ground.
6. Slope Challenges: Confirm whether the current incline exceeds the device’s climbing capacity. If the slope is too steep, the wheels may slip or lack power.
7. Sensor Malfunction: Sensors act as the machine’s “eyes.” If they are dirty or obstructed, they may issue incorrect commands. Gently wipe the obstacle-avoidance cameras at the front and rear of the machine, the visual sensors, and the anti-fall sensors along the bottom edge with a clean, soft cloth.
8. If none of the above issues are found, please provide the log and a video of the malfunction, and escalate the issue immediately."
