Dreame Home App
Follow these steps to register your product through the app:
1、Open the Dreame Home App，Go to “Me” and Tap “E-Warranty”
2、Tap Add Device
3、You will be redirected to the official website.
Follow the same steps as the website above to complete your registration.
4、Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on “Product Registration”
5、Click the button "Add device" and fill in the required information
6、Click【Confirm】to complete your registration

Troubleshooting Registration Issues
If your registration fails, please try the following:
- Select “Other” as the purchase channel and try again.
- If the issue persists, please contact us at support.na@dreame.tech and provide:
- A short video showing the error
- Your device serial number (SN)
- Your order number
