Let's Check Those Main Wheels:
- First, give your robot a break and flip it over.
- Give the main wheels a gentle squeeze and see if anything's caught in there.
- If you spot any uninvited guests (like hair or lint), give them the boot and spin those wheels by hand to make sure they're rolling smoothly.
-
Find a New Spot and Hit Restart:
- Give your robot some elbow room and hit the restart button.
- Keep an eye out for super bright lights or dark floors – they can throw your robot off its game.
-
The LDS Sensor Needs a Look:
- Make sure the LDS Sensor, that little spinning top on your robot, is doing its thing without a hitch.
- If it's looking a bit dusty, give it a quick clean (unless you've got an F9 model – it's got a different setup).
-
A Fresh Start Can Work Wonders:
- Sometimes, all it takes is a simple restart to get things moving in the right direction.
-
The Factory Reset: A Last Resort:
- If all else fails, it's time for the big guns – the factory reset.
- Open up the top cover and find that reset button.
- Hold it down for a good 3 seconds, and your robot will be back to its factory settings.
- Give it another restart and see if the circle dance is over.
- Don't worry! We're here to help. Reach out to our aftersales customer service, and we'll get your robot back to its best behavior.
