This is a guide on how to use Multi-floor House Cleaning. First make sure you have created a Multi-floor map. If you haven't created one yet, please refer to this article link: How to create a multi-floor map?
If you have already created it, please follow the instructions below to enable Multi-floor House Cleaningđ
Step1: Move robot to the target floor where there is no dock, and then start cleaning via app or robot's buttons.
Step2: During mopping, you can manually move robot back to dock to activate the mop-washing function.
Step3: After all cleaning tasks completed, robot will return to its starting point. You can manually move it back to dock for charging.
â ď¸Notes:
- Before mopping, please wash mops via app or manually dampen mops.
- If robot is moved back to dock midway,and then moved to the original target floor within 15
minutes,it will continue working.
