This is a guide on how to use Multi-floor House Cleaning. First make sure you have created a Multi-floor map. If you haven't created one yet, please refer to this article link: How to create a multi-floor map?
If you have already created it, please follow the instructions below to enable Multi-floor House Cleaning😊
Step1: Move robot to the target floor where there is no dock, and then start cleaning via app or robot's buttons.
Step2: During mopping, you can manually move robot back to dock to activate the mop-washing function.
Step3: After all cleaning tasks completed, robot will return to its starting point. You can manually move it back to dock for charging.
⚠️Notes:
- Before mopping, please wash mops via app or manually dampen mops.
- If robot is moved back to dock midway,and then moved to the original target floor within 15
minutes,it will continue working.

It would be great if you could implement a feature specifically for this. My suggestion:
The dock is on floor 1 with the robot in it. User selects “mopping on another floor”, the robot then asks the user to be moved to the second floor. When the mop pads cleaning is needed, robot then asks the user to move it back down for washing.
Anternatively, there could be a feature to change just the mop pads if the user's got an exta pads.
